The Oliver D. Appleton Golf Course at St. Lawrence University welcomes you for an outstanding summer of golf! Located in Canton, NY and adjoining the campus of St. Lawrence University, the 18-hole par-72 layout covers 6,698 yards from the championship tees, 6,207 from the Browns, 5,747 from the Whites and 5,030 yards from the tan/forward tees.
Established in 1926 with nine holes designed by Devereux Emmet, the course expanded to its current 18-hole layout with the addition of a second nine holes designed by Geoffrey Cornish.

Located in our Club House, the Par 4 Deli offers 10 signature sandwiches named after the ten unique holes that are a par 4. The Par 4 Deli also serves fresh salads, snacks, and most importantly, beer. Come visit us to grab a bite to eat after a day on the course!
Open daily at 11am in season.

Golf Packages
Golf packages are available in conjunction with the Best Western University Inn. Lessons are available for all skill levels, from the beginner to the tournament player. Golf lessons are available from Mary Lawrence, LPGA professional and head coach of the St. Lawrence University men's and women's golf teams.
Reasonable Rates
The St. Lawrence University Golf Course invites area residents to join at reasonable rates and features many club tournaments and functions. Join in the competitions and we promise that you will not only have a good time but you will see your golf game reach a new level.
